Booked my car for DPF cleaning. They kept my car all day and then phoned me to say they couldn't do it and still charged me £50 for the pleasure of it. They said they will have to send the DPF for away for cleaning it and will cost me £500. I phoned this other company they came to my house cleaned the DPF made it like brand new only charged me £280 with a 4 month warranty. They put the car on the computer and gave me a report of any error messages, wiped off the error message.

Zafar, It was explained to you the Re-gen would be carried out to your vehicle and if it did not work you will be chargesd £50 for time taken and you was happy with this.

I had my car mot on Saturday at 9am They said the car would be ready at 3pm that work with all work completed. I picked it up 8.15am Monday morning.. very friendly man and honest service Definitely recommend and will return
