Easy to book, easy to drop off, quick and simple communication and no extended sales pitch on collection. Explained the notices allowed me to make an informed decision on my next steps. Would use again for MOT purposes and recommend others do so. The £15 MOT is real!

"This is the second time I've booked an MOT with them, and once again, after confirming the booking, they changed the date to two weeks later—right when my MOT expires—simply because I didn't book a service. They're not reliable."

Hi R. You booked in for the 15th August 2024, but we were full that day, so our guys changed your booking after communicating with you to the 19th August, to which you agreed. Thats today, you haven't gone agead with the time/day booking and have had your car mot'd elsewhere in the meantime. We did not ask you to wait two weeks? It was a 4 day change which was communicated to you and confirmed. Not sure why you would leave a review like this stating two weeks delay was requested? We are the cheapest MOT in the UK so naturally we get booked up quite quickly, but we always work with our clients to get their cars in asap and are sympathetic to expiry dates etc.
