Helpful friendly service
"First time at the garage. Good service."
Friendly and efficient
"Always give great service and honest reliable advice."
Cheap and friendly
"I was happy with my MOT for £39. + they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment + paperwork was handed to me in a nice plastic sleeve - the MOT took 1.5 hours instead of 45 mins - they had temporarily lost my car keys when I came to collect the car. That was stressful, and I had to come back later after they’d found them"
Great work well priced
"Honest garage who don't take the p*ss like others, the only minor point id raise is that I didn't get a call to confirm all the work had been completed and MOT passed (I called them) but a minor point in the grandscheme of things. I used to take my car to a branded service centre and the costs were horrendous, Eagle Autos does this at a far more competitive price, hence why I changed to bringing my car here and will continue to do so."
"I am very happy with the service and quality of workmanship. I will definitely take my car back in the future"
"Good customer service and value for money"

Wheels and tyres, as with any rotating object, need to be balanced in order to reduce vibration. A good example of this is when laundry is loaded into a washing machine unevenly, the drum is not correctly balanced, so vibrates. Similarly, wheel balancing ensures that the weight of the wheel and tyre is even around the axle.
You should always have your wheels balanced whenever you have new tyres fitted. Car tyres which are fitted on wheels that have not been properly balanced will wear very quickly and unevenly. This is due to the inconsistent points of friction between the tyre and the road, creating an effect like rubbing sandpaper on the tyre aggressively. Losing grip this way could be very dangerous and the vibration also makes the car’s ride very uncomfortable, possibly to a point of distraction that might lead to an accident.
Wheels are typically removed from a car before their balance is checked. They are placed in a specially-designed machine and spun to measure the vibration. Small offsetting weights are placed at points on the rim of the wheel based on results from the balancing machine. This is repeated until the machine reports that the wheel is balanced.
Jaguar Land Rover, a British multinational car manufacturer headquartered in Whitley, Coventry, England, was founded as the Swallow Sidecar Company in 1922, originally making motorcycle sidecars before developing bodies for passenger cars. Under the ownership of S.S. Cars Limited the business eventually extended to making complete cars, and the name S.S. Cars was changed to "Jaguar" in 1945.
In recent years, Jaguar has manufactured cars for the British Prime Minister, and the company also holds royal warrants from Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. Jaguar cars today are designed in engineering centres at the Whitley plant in Coventry and at their Gaydon site in Warwickshire, and are manufactured in Jaguar's Castle Bromwich assembly plant in Birmingham with some manufacturing also happening in the Solihull plant.
How to be a better driver
Whether you’re driving in South Ockendon or further afield, think about road user etiquette. Showing respect for other road users makes driving more pleasant for you and safer for everyone. For example, if you have to make a last minute change of lane, make your request to change clear to the driver who will need to let you in - and signal your thanks if they do. Be ready to abandon the change of lane if they won’t play ball - your safety (and that of other drivers and pedestrians) is more important than getting to your destination in the shortest time possible. When the position is reversed and a driver asks your permission to change lanes, allow them to as long as it is safe. If you get frustrated, avoid using your horn - it won’t improve matters and might make them considerably worse.
