"Price quoted before the work was done. Job completed in a few hours. Friendly staff."
Great local business.
"An afternoon appointment, which was exceedingly convenient. Rang us to say a sensor was needed to enable the MOT to be issued. Lee obtained this, fitted it and said car would be ready by 5 o'clock. We arrived before 5.00pm, car was ready to be picked up, paperwork to hand, reasonable charge settled and away we went. Two happy bunnies. I cannot comment on the quality of workmanship as I know nothing about cars, but can say the workshop looked very clean and orderly. [Lady driver]"

A car radiator disperses heat away from the main engine block. A car engine works by burning fuel (whether petrol or diesel), and this generates a considerable amount of heat. In addition, a car engine has many moving parts; this movement creates friction, which in turn adds to the heat.
Because a car engine must remain not too hot in order to avoid overheating and seizure, when it reaches a certain temperature the thermostat opens to allow the flow of coolant and water around the engine and back to the radiator, where it loses heat to the cooler surrounding air. The front grill of the car allows outside air to blow over the radiator. If the radiator gets too hot, for example on a very hot day, or when the car is stationary, a fan behind the radiator starts, helping to blow air over it.
The most common reason for needing a car radiator repair is a leak. There are many seals, gaskets and hoses in the cooling system that can deteriorate or get a hole in them. Furthermore, every radiator needs to be properly maintained and the coolant must be kept topped up. Your garage should provide coolant changes at the same time as your annual service.
It’s also a good idea to check your car’s coolant level regularly. If it seems to be dropping a lot, then you may have a leak in the cooling system.
Citroën is a major French automobile manufacturer, and has been part of the PSA Peugeot Citroen group since 1976. Founded in 1919 by French industrialist André-Gustave Citroën, within eight years Citroën had become Europe’s largest car manufacturer and the 4th largest in the world.
Citroën also produced Europe’s first completely steel-bodied car, all the way back in 1924. Ten years later, Citroën introduced further innovation to the world of automobiles with the Traction Avant, the world's first mass-produced front wheel drive car, and also one of the first cars with no chassis frame holding the mechanical components.
In the following years, Citroën produced the world’s first hydropneumatic self-levelling suspension system, the first mass production car with disc brakes, and swiveling headlights in cars, which allow for greater visibility on the road. You can say they are good at innovation!
