Driver arrived a little later than expected to pick up car. Notified when car ready. Book not stamped so had to visit garage next day. Staff friendly & helpful. Car not washed or valeted as with Main Dealers but that’s where you get the savings.

So took my car here for an alignment which they did brilliantly. However afterwards I was informed my front tyres needed replacing...OK but one of those tyres was replaced a month ago so how is it already needing replacement. Not only that but said new tyre is suddenly losing pressure only after being at this garage? It feels like my tyres may have been swapped out for damaged ones, I use the same mechanic all the time normally and he would have said if there was an issue.
