We’re pleased to hear you were satisfied with the service provided, although we do understand your concerns regarding the increase in cost. Following inspection, your vehicle required a higher-grade, manufacturer-specific engine oil due to it being a newer model. We typically use 5W-30 engine oil as standard, unless the vehicle requires specialist oil. Your vehicle required Stellantis-approved oil to meet the manufacturer’s specifications. This is a more specialised product and carries a higher cost, which is why the price was adjusted prior to the work being carried out. We always aim to inform customers of any pricing changes in advance, and we apologise if this caused any inconvenience.

Very happy with the service provided
We have used this garage for many years. We were booked in quickly for m.o.t and service. Quick and efficient and helpful staff. We do recommend this garage and have done to family and friends many times.
