Great garage and the staff are helpful. Went to this garage for years and i would recommend them to everyone.
Last year they did the service for my car but the person who was supposed to do the mot had gone awal, so I was left with trying to organise someone else. Thankfully a local garage helped out. This year i decided to try again as I have used this garage for years. I turned up to find the garage closed with a note on the door. I understand people fall sick ,but feel correspondence to customers who were booked should be a priority.

Hi Alison, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately you did not have a booking with ourselves for us to contact you to rearrange / cancel. We only had a request, please see below from bookmygarage. However they do say to you to contact the garage if you do not hear from them for confirmation. So sorry again, you only had a request and not a confirmed booking.

Hi Alison, Thank you for your feedback. When a booking is made, we send a request to the garage and ask them to contact you directly to finalise the appointment. I’ve spoken with the garage for further clarification, and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were not able to accommodate this booking. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.
