Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff, clear communication and honest advice, with many highlighting fair prices, quick turnaround on MOTs and services, and a welcome absence of pushy upselling. Reviewers also appreciate the flexibility on offer, such as overnight drop-offs, last-minute bookings and collection services, and several repeat customers describe trusting the team for years. The only minor point is that the site may be a little tricky to find for those unfamiliar with Banbury, though this was mentioned by just one reviewer.
