Took my car at 12am to motd at 1 told them needed my car back at 16.30 didn't receive my car back till 18.00 no phone call wouldn't answer phone to say when they would bring car back plus tried charging extra money, COWBOYS

Hi Paul, Sad to see a 1 star review. Vehicle was booked in without C&D, which we offered at only £10 extra. Whilst we understand customers need to have their cars back at a certain time, we did do our best to get it back to you as soon as possible. I personally answered the phone to you multiple times so I'm struggling to understand your review here. Your vehicle failed it's MOT on multiple front suspension issues which you were quoted for. As you quite excitedly pointed out to me when I delivered your car, yes, the parts are available cheaper than our quote on EBay. We only fit OEM quality parts with warranty and we of course have to charge labour for our time. Really sorry to see that you feel like you had a bad experience, but we definitely did our best for you.

“Very efficient MOT”

Having been let down by a well known brand of auto centers I did the google search for a better option. The work shop came up and as they shown EV capability I booked. Upon arriving I found "real workshop" with people I was happy to let them check my car. A few minutes later my car had been checked and approved with certificate printed and provided in good time. Would most definitely recommend them for the MOT's and regular mechanical repairs. Thanks
