Tim emailed the confirmation of the booking with a suggestion of a time to drop off the vehicle which was fine dropped the vehicle off and received a call later in the afternoon to say the service had been completed. There was work that they had identified that needed to be carried out which they provided a price for but with no pressure. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable, all in all a good experience. Highly recommend them. 10/10

Went for a full service and Mot. Needed a couple of minor things, given a heads up on some others (including a failing battery which we then got replaced on the warranty elsewhere.) Great comms, Vale and service. Will be using again 😊
