After having been let down by Halfords over an MOT I was able to book online and resolve my issue enabling me to still use my car! Impressed with friendliness of staff, communication (they confirmed the appointment over the phone after making initial booking online and asked for my car earlier than time advised as they could fit it in) and prompt, efficient service.
