“Service records incomplete”

Easy enough to deal with but disappointed that I was given no records or check sheets to indicate what work had been carried out, wheel nuts don’t look as though they have been moved, no idea what tyre tread depths are or how worn the brakes are, had a Quick Look underneath and found a significant oil leak that I wasn’t made aware of. I have emailed the garage but received no communication back so for me I am unable to recommend them. Happy to update review if negative points are rectified
