Two days before our car was booked for a service and MoT, we discovered the battery was completely flat. Called SGT and Chris sent out a mechanic with a power pack. Car was started and taken back to the garage. Battery was health checked. New battery was recommended and competitive quote offered. We accepted. Battery was fitted, MoT and service completed and car delivered back a day ahead of original booked appointment. Can't see how the service could be improved.
