Very frustrating experience. Booked interim service and brakes through Book my garage. Arrived on time at the garage to be told the brakes hadn’t been booked and that some of the items in the interim service were not included. Misinformed about the parts being supplied as the member of staff was apparently “new” yet even went to double check with manager. Ended up with non genuine parts as a result of this and then having to argue to get everything outlined done. Valet was good!
