My car went to Bristol St, Star City for a Service in Oct. After I received my car, I saw swirl marks / surface scratches on every panel of the car from a contaminated cleaning cloth. After I complained they blamed their valeting company, despite me leaving my car in their custody. Ultimately, they accepted the scratches happened during the service & asked me to send a quote to get it professionally repaired. They’ve had this quote for 4 weeks and despite follow up emails, I’ve heard nothing.
