Went for my mot, while in process, tried opening my bonnet and couldn't, got garage next door to look and proceeded to tell me they couldn't do mot as couldn't open the bonnet. Earlier in the day had it open to topnup screen wash and check oil so it was working. Just be honest and say when I pulled it,it broke instead of saying you didn't do anything. I'd have more respect for honesty. Found out bonnet catch had been pulled to hard and broke the cable junction. Repaired and went elsewhere

“Couldn’t have asked for more”

Car was booked in at Merityre for an MOT to get told that the tester ‘wasn’t coming in today’ and leaving me hanging with the MOT running out the next day. Autodocs managed to fit me in, got everything arranged and sorted and did what they need to do as well as replace some parts and didn’t charge. Great staff, very helpful and honestly were lifesavers
