Reviews Summary

AI Generated

Customers consistently praise the friendly, welcoming reception staff and efficient, transparent service, with many highlighting competitive pricing, easy online booking and quick turnaround for MOTs, services and repairs. Several reviewers mention feeling well informed throughout the process, and quite a few say they'll return or have recommended the garage to friends. A small number felt they could be given clearer breakdowns of the work carried out, such as a service schedule, but this was raised only occasionally amid overwhelmingly positive feedback.
