Hi - Below is honest feedback Pros ===== 1. Cheaper price as compared to market. 2.Good technician & helpful staff. 3. Value for money as they pass the cost benefit to customer. 4.If you are tight on budget then you can go to Road Two Automotive. Cons ===== 1.Poor consumer service : Its very difficult to reach Road Two Automotive by phone/email. 2.Its been 10 days since major service done but BMW service history is yet to be update in Idrive. 3.Punctuality : Garage opened around 9:15 AM

Hi thankyou for the review, you called today asking about the BMW AOS system not being updated for your information you didn't even know this could be done because we are a BMW accredited garage we advised we could do this on collection for you and advised through the registration this would take 5-7 days to update as it is the old idrive screen If you provided your VIN number via email which we asked you and YOU didn't do this it would take 24-48 hours which YOU only provided today at 1PM, so for as far as poor customer service if you gave us the correct details from the start it would have already been completed Thanks:)
