The mechanics seem good. Anything outside of a service or MoT is not well catered for. I'd like the standard...you need to change coolant and brake/clutch fluids to be based on testing not as standard. Also, that a second visit should not be required if you clearly ask for the work on the first visit, so the planning should be better to make sure the right staff are available on the agreed day

Really happy with booking in and out process and comms on the day. Only small bit of feedback would be that when I came to collect the car it wasn't parked anywhere near the garage and so I had to go hunting for it. Think it would be useful to get a location of where it is

Booked my car in for a service on a Saturday. Locked it and left it. collected on Saturday afternoon and all staff had left. found my car but remote key fob not working. Turns out the mechanic had used the hidden key slot so now my remote fob not working. no message or warning. took me hrs to work out their was a hidden key access as the cover was back on and just let me collect the car in the storm knowing I was going to have a major problem. Really poor. No help nor offer to try and fix. Avoid
