Just an interim service but carried out thoroughly - nice touches like number plate bulbs replaced without extra charge and advice on any minor issues

Poor communication and misleading advice. I was kept waiting with no updates, later found my car had failed its MOT without being told. Repair quote was far higher than my mechanic’s. I was incorrectly told I couldn’t drive the car and would have to pay again for a retest. Would not recommend.

I have had my car (Merc C180) from new and it's always been main dealer serviced. It's getting on a bit now and a service plan seemed a bit luxurious for such an old car. I took my car for a full service and brake fluid change. The car now idles completely silently and runs very smoothly, it really seems much happier so I'm very pleased, I've never had such a noticeable improvement after a service. the work was done quickly and with no fuss. I'm impressed.
