Went for MOT and Major Service. Had a call explaining everything that needed doing to pass the MOT with a quote ready for me to approve. They were happy to do everything on the same day. The only problem is that the wrong tyres were sent so had to wait passed the agreed time to wait for a second delivery and fitting and I was then late. But the staff were eager to help and offer solutions.
