Reviews are sharply divided, with many customers praising the friendly, professional staff, fair pricing, and efficient turnaround for MOTs and services. However, a notable number of reviewers raised concerns about communication, with issues around booking confirmations, waiting times, and clarity on what is included in a service, suggesting the garage may benefit from clearer upfront information and more consistent updates throughout the day. A smaller number of customers reported more serious concerns around workmanship and professionalism that, if addressed, could help the garage better reflect the high standards its satisfied customers clearly experience.

“Good experience”

I had booked online during non working hours, late evening with less than 24hrs to go. Hence I was unsure about confirmation of the slot. I had to call next day to get confirmation. Actual test was hassle-free.I must mention that I forgot my phone which I could get when I rushed back in 5-10 mins. That is some honesty in today's world.
