Car picked up and dropped off. Polite and professional staff. Excellent Communications. Kept up to date with progress. Easy Payment process. I used to use Ford until they closed my local Showroom/Garage and the new Ford Showroom/Garage whilst professional lacked the personal touch, charged a lot more for the extras and just didn't value me as a Customer. Won't be going back to Ford.
