My family have been using Newtown for 20+ years for maintenance of our various cars. Sadly they now have a very officious MOT inspector and I was given many advisories (some were very petty) as well as the car had managed to break a spring in their car park/workshop!? I was charged an additional £80 for some unnecessary diagnostics that I and they knew was pointless. Now my car is off the road for the first time in its' 24 years - This would NEVER have happened under Chris or Steve's management.
