Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, honest and professional staff, clear communication, quick turnarounds and fair prices, with many repeat customers and several women saying they felt respected rather than talked down to. Reviewers also appreciate helpful extras such as pick-up and drop-off, free small fixes and updates by phone. A very small number of reviewers felt a job was overpriced or noted a missed closing-time handover, which clearer communication on pricing and collection hours could help to avoid.

“Excellent service, friendly and trustworthy”

I've been taking my car to Metro Auto Centre for a few years now. Consistently fantastic, excellent value, the staff are always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Online booking, no faff and they don't judge my parking when I drop my car off! Highly recommend.
