I've never used MDU before and I went through a 3rd party website. I did have my reservations. As I am generally a skeptical person I called the mobile number provided in the confirmation email. The phone was answered in a polite, courtesy and professional manner and all my questions were answered. I would have liked to have had a text or email the day prior to the appointment with a more precise time slot than just AM but I whatsapped the number and was given a time which was adhered to. Great
