Customers consistently describe friendly, efficient and honest staff, with competitive prices, free collection and return, and a complimentary clean often singled out as welcome extras. Quality of workmanship and clear updates during servicing and MOTs are repeatedly praised, and several reviewers value the absence of unnecessary upselling. A small number of reviewers noted that proactive updates on when the car was ready could be clearer, that the site can be very busy, and that more complex diagnostics may not always be resolved.

“Great service”

Efficient service and easy to drop off keys. The staff were friendly and there was lots of parking for my car. Seemed organised, only small criticism is they didn’t call to say my car was ready I had to call to check.
