Really easy to book in (online). Had a message back to say all had been booked in and because of an alarm issue the garage recommended another company to look at the problem prior to service. Nicely received on the day and was kept informed of progress. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always go to Kynaston.

Had to bring my car back 4 times to get my exhaust issues fixed. Didn't diagnose issues correctly and told me it would run fine. I ended up breaking down on motorway. Garage did nothing to make things right
