Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, honest and professional staff, clear communication and fair pricing, with many saying they trust it and return year after year. Reviewers also value the helpful explanations of any work needed, the lack of pushy upselling and conveniences such as collection and drop-off. A small number mentioned that a call or text to say the car was ready would have been welcome.
