Booked my car in for an MOT and was a very user friendly process. I had the right amount or reminders via email and a courtsey call. From start to finish the staff were professional and friendly. When the car failed, they were clear and concise on the failures and work that needed to be done. They found quotes quickly and managed a quick turn around even though they were busy. I have had some really bad experiences with mechanics and garages and I am grateful that Hares were recommended to me.
