“Quick Correspondence”

Booked an MOT with Free Spirit only a few days before it was due to to unexpectedly being without my car for a few weeks beforehand. Their correspondence back to me was very quick and helpful and they were able to book me in quite quickly, which I know is not always possible. Family members have also previously purchased cars from them and they were very helpful then, with no pushy salesman. Would certainly use them again. Highly recommended!

“Speedy MOT”

I booked only the day before (online) and was able to get an afternoon slot to fit around my work commitments. The appointment was confirmed by a call the next morning. I dropped off my car and waited for the MOT to be completed which took around an hour. The waiting area is basic but sufficient.
