Booked MOT/Full Service with Click and Deliver. After picking my car up they phoned to say needed some repairs, I said ok do them. They returned the car and the bill was £825. Paid the bill. Went to use the car, clutch not working. They came and looked at the problem for 5 mins and said would try a fix the next day. Never showed no communication at all. So left a customer who had just paid them £825 with an unusable car. Do they care? No. Would ai use again? No. Would I recommend? Hell No.

Good morning Eric, firstly can I apologise that you have felt the need to leave a negative review,There is a couple of things I would like to address. 1. Your car was booked and we picked up and delivered your vehicle we carried out the repairs and you where informed of the work and the costing and i can tell that from our phone records because all calls are recorded. 2. Your car had the following worked carried out and at no point do we need to be anywhere near the clutch which looks to have failed we came out to you to investigate and said we would come out the next day, which you had a call to say the technician was ill. I have just called you this morning to recieve a rude response and you ending the call, hope you find a garage that can deal with your future needs
