“No communication”

This is a back street garage not only on looks but on service, took my car in for a full service and I am still not sure what they have done. When I collected my car they said they couldn't print off a receipt or the form where they check the boxes To what they have done or if any recommendations are needed, gave them my email address and heard nothing, sent them 2 further emails requesting information with still forms or completed info. Would not recommend this back street garage.
