At no point were you misled—we kept you informed throughout and focused on resolving your vehicle issue as efficiently as possible. We spent approximately 5 hours working on your vehicle, yet only charged for 1 hour to help keep your costs down. In addition, we applied a discount and provided further advice free of charge. The issue with your vehicle was resolved before it left our workshop. Despite these efforts to support you, part of the agreed balance remains unpaid. We always aim to be fair and assist customers where we can, but we also rely on fairness in return. “Lack of communication”

My feedback is not about the quality of the mechanics, as I did not have the chance to test it, but about their lack of interest. I scheduled an appointment for a major service, called, and sent an email, but I never received any response. I showed up on the scheduled day, walked in, and no one acknowledged me or asked why I was there. Their appointment register was open on the desk, and I could see that I was not listed, so I left without saying anything and scheduled service somewhere else
