“Good Service”

Used online booking system which is great if you are deaf and find phone calls hard. Service carried out on time, was informed extra work should be done which I accepted. All work done including service before the promised time. Just one niggle I couldn't find the car after it was done. Went back to the reception and they were unsure of where it was. I found it eventually tucked away round the back of a van. All in all happy with work.
