Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround on MOTs and services, and fair prices, with several noting good communication and how easy the online booking is. The waiting area and the garage's value compared with main dealers also earn favourable mentions. No real weaknesses came up, with only a couple of reviewers leaving slightly lower scores without any specific complaint.
