DJ Matthews were excellent as ever. A courtesy e-mail and call before the day of the service. prompt pickup, good communication throughout the day and a prompt drop off. All round great service. Although the Book My Garage wasn't able to pick up that my car requires a 'special' oil, which is more than the price quoted. Never had this issue in previous years so I'm not sure where the issues lies (with the garage or the Book My Garage app).
