“Superb service”

Full service, MOT and brake fluid change on the Subaru P1. Travel from Reading to have Spencer and his fantastic team look after the car. They have serviced the car for 17 years and have always been excellent, thoroughly recommend.

Booked my car in for MOT and service. Booked online which was easy to do and could choose a day that suited me.The garage contacted me almost immediately to check the details and timings which was reassuring. I dropped the car off and was informed when the work was done. It was a fixed price and wasn't pressured into paying for any extras. The whole process was easy the staff were very professional and I was a happy customer 😀

“Improvement needed”

There was no place for waiting customer until get the vehicle back after MOT.My family waiting in the 2 hours in the cold weather even without a single chair outside.

When we call you to confirm the booking we always tell our Customers they have to leave there vehicles and we call you when there ready to collect. We also state that we do not do while you wait mot tests, we do have an office with a waiting area with chairs if a customer arrives early, perhaps you didn’t understand that we don’t do while you wait mot tests As you can see from all our other reviews from customers that they were very happy Have a nice day
