Took my car for mot and it failed needed diagnostic and it couldn't be read on first attempt they tried again so I didn't have to take it to my car dealership. Biggest problem he didn't tell me the price before he did the work

Your MOT failed on the ABS light being on. So I managed to find you a spot for the next day to put the issue right and investigate to find the fault and do your MOT re-test. And I did this, as you have mentioned to save you booking into Dacia. Not only would you have to wait for a booking slot with them, their diagnostic fee is £137.97 + VAT. I charged you £70, £25 of which was for the secure gateway token to enable access to your vehicle. You seemed perfectly fine whilst waiting for your vehicle, and no questions were asked about cost or when I took your payment. Please feedback on what more we could've done bearing in mind we are a business.
