According to bookmygarage there's a box to check for PM service (which I did). According to Brayleys they don't do PM bookings, and they want the car a.m. Service desk are aware of this, and yet they seemed surprised when I dropped the car pm, and then said it might not be done same day. In the event it was, but I wasn't impressed with the attitude.

Very happy with the MOT service provided. Staff were friendly and explained the process and timescales well. They made sure it was done so I had time to make it back for school pick up. They reminded me about the timeline for replacing the tyres, and were polite and professional.
