There is no customer service at Balham cars ,they don’t know how to talk to customers, they treat customers as if you’re going to beg them not like you are paying them, I will never recommend Balham cars to no one, and this is the last time I will be going there

Hello Jesse Coker, We welcome reviews, especially negative reviews as we learn everyday and strive to be better. However this review is completely false. You car had failed the MOT. We had quoted you the repairs which was a further £200 roughly. You had then said you cant afford to pay the further £200.00.You had then asked us if we was willing to split the £200.00 over however many months you proposed.As any reasonable person can expect we had said no.At which point you had spent 35 minutes asking multiple members of staff to split the payment. You had then came in and paid your bill in full moments later. With your permission I am happy to upload the recorded phone call and CCTV to prove all the above for everyone else to see. Used Balham garage for the last 2 years. Can't fault them. This time there appeared to be an error with my booking but they still put me in to ro the work on my car. Would strongly recommend and customer service is better than at the main dealerships.
