Very happy with the service on my Mercedes. Easy booking, and friendly staff who explained exactly what they had done. Car was ready in a few hours. Will definitely be booking my next service here.

I used Ashford Autos last year and was happy with the service. However this year was a very different experience. Clearly they seemed to do the bear minimum. Oil and filters were changed but doubt they did little more. I had to insist they reset the service indicator and they refused to provide the completed Book my Service form showing what that they may have done. The wheels had not been touched to check the brakes and the windscreen washer fluid had not been touched. I will not use again
