easy to book and reminders sent which was very good. Greeting at 8am very poor. Uninterested and quite frankly rude. Wasn't informative about when the car might be ready and quite dismissive. Almost took the car away. Total contrast when I picked up my car. Utterly charming gentleman who undoubtedly knows about the importance of customer service...outstanding so a very mixed experience.
