Really easy to deal with - helpful and kept me informed throughout. The car was picked up and returned as agreed for its service and MOT, and everything went smoothly. I appreciated the honesty too, for example, they explained that they couldn’t stick the rubber seal back on the passenger door because rainwater could get trapped, which made sense. Good communication and straightforward service overall.
