Just had my car serviced and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The showroom is absolutely stunning—modern, clean, and inviting—and the cafe is a real highlight with delicious coffee and snacks that made waiting a pleasure instead of a chore. But what really stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond.

Had to change my original booking date due to an unforseen event which was accommodated without any bother, even took me back home, and collected me at pick-up time. An addition to the details was accepted willingly and carried out to perfection. This is surely the standard to which all sevice garages should aspire.

MOT on Evoque hybrid reveal rips to sidewalls of two tyres. Tyres sourced, fitted and wheels changed around all done the same morning. Comfortable sitting area and selection of classic cars to admire. Thoroughly recommend.
