Customers overwhelmingly praise the friendly, efficient and well-communicated service, with many highlighting quick turnarounds, fair pricing and helpful staff, and several noting the car was returned washed. A small number of reviewers reported problems, such as booking mix-ups, a missed collection and an MOT that couldn't be completed, so scheduling and follow-up communication may benefit from tightening. One reviewer also mentioned a higher-than-advertised air conditioning price, though it was explained and partly discounted.
