Happy with the car service Like the ease of being able to book online. Improvements to communication on the day the car is in for service would make using this garage a better experience. A little rude on the phone when I had missed a call then told to collect by 4.30 as they close then. The drive over was then very stressful due to heavy traffic - I need my car for the morning drive to work as I need to leave by 7am in the morning. It would be helpful to know closing times when booking in
