As someone who knows nothing about cars I always worry about being uphold stuff I dont need. When I was told I needed tyres etc at a service elsewhere, unit 4 told me that actually my tyres were fine. I have heard them on the phone telling people they dont need brakes pads changing ad the customer was told elsewhere but they can do them if wanted. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking ‘service’ carried out by Unit 4 which ended up costing me almost £700 as a result of their poor workmanship. After an oil change they failed to correctly fit the sump plug. This resulted in the car losing most of the oil when i was driving on the motorway and broke down. I had to then pay for a recovery breakdown man, and take the car to Kia for a oroper service where they highlighted the sump was never installed properly. Unit 4 refuse any responsibility which is shocking.
