I dropped my car off on a Monday morning following an issue on the weekend that left my car undrivable. Its important to note that they did not know it was coming and did not have advanced notice of the issue. Within the hour of dropping it off they had diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and communicated to me what they were doing, when they would do it and most important of all, how much it would cost. 3 days later I picked my car up (Waiting for parts from Germany!). car is running perfect
