However, on the whole I would class this as expensive. He did charge for headlight alignment as he does with everyone else and I wish I had read the other reviews before booking. I want to believe that all the faults he found were true... Although he did make charges and changes to the car without consulting which he shouldn't do. As someone taking the car to their first MOT and not having experience with this before I feel taken advantage of and do want other people to be aware of this.

Hi Daniel, I don't really know how you could possibly feel taken advantage of as your car only needed a wiper blade & the headlights adjusted for the MOT which it passed with no advisories & which we did speak with you about before carrying out the work as you also authorised us to replace the rear wiper which was deteriorated. Your hybrid car was then serviced using the correct oil for that engine. If this was your first experience with taking a car into a garage & you're not experienced in how this works or lack the knowledge to understand the communications between us, then maybe it would've been advisable to seek assistance or support from a friend or family member in attending with you, as you seemed very happy when you collected your car on the day.

Had mot done and it failed. He ordered part fitted and re did mot all in same day so I could get car back asap. Top quality as always
